Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Delhi NCR: 2-3 business days
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
- Remote and rural pincodes: 7-10 business days
These are estimates provided by our logistics partner and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier-side issues.

Free shipping on all orders.
Serviceability
We ship across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. For any issue, write to care@leanfitwear.com with your order number.
Failed Delivery / RTO
Our courier partner attempts delivery up to 2-3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we will refund the order value after deducting shipping charges. Repeated COD refusals may result in future orders requiring prepayment.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. Report any damage or missing item within 48 hours at care@leanfitwear.com with the video and order number.
